Optimistic Inc tapped us to produce a mini-music festival for Rockstar Energy on the New York stop of their National Spotlight Tour. We negotiated prime real estate on the Brooklyn water front, with a full view of the city skyline for ultimate Instagramability. From design to full execution, our event team ran programming and stage management, sourced, negotiated, and booked musical talent, produced, sourced and locked in food and beverage vendors, handled product shipments, rigging, lights, and audio.
